Mr. Parker is a Managing Director, Real Estate-Europe & Asia of Landmark Partners Europe, in London. He is responsible for the real estate activities across the UK, continental Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Parker was a director of DTZ Investment Management, an FSA regulated subsidiary of the DTZ Group, one of the leading global real estate advisers. Mr. Parker was the head of DTZ Investment Management’s multi manager and fund of funds business and was responsible for the establishment, development and management of that business, including the launch of DTZ’s first branded fund of funds, Aurora Europe Property Fund. Prior to setting up the multi manager and fund of funds business, Mr. Parker was the fund manager for a number of discretionary UK pension fund property portfolios including the Safeway Pension Scheme and Allied Domecq, a former UK FTSE 100 company. Prior to that role, he was the chief investment surveyor responsible for implementing the investment strategy for the UK pension fund portfolios, transacting over $1bn of direct and indirect real estate in the UK and Europe.
Mr. Parker is a MRICS chartered surveyor by profession and received an MA in Real Estate Valuation and Law from the City University, London and a BSc from the University of Leeds. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum in the UK.
