Mr. Cook is a vice president in Landmark's real estate group. He is responsible for the financial control, accounting, tax administration, reporting, monitoring, and cash flow of the firm’s real estate funds. He is also involved with investor relations.
Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Cook was a controller with three real estate development and management companies, namely, First Merchant’s Group, Richard Gordon Interests, and Hartford Development Corporation. There he attained considerable expertise in property and partnership level accounting, as well as investment performance tracking and the administration of construction and development finance.
Mr. Cook is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, as well as the Connecticut Society of CPAs. He received a BS from Bentley College.
