Landmark Partners, LLC and its affiliates (together, “Landmark Partners”, “we”, “our”, “us” or the “company”) are committed to protecting and preserving your privacy.  This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect on our website or any of its mobile applications (the “Site”), how we may use the information, with whom we may share it and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information.  We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.  Please note that the information we collect may include information relating to an identifiable individual (including name, address or e-mail address), and may thus constitue "Personal Data" as defined in the European General Data Protection Regulation.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that you may provide to us, or that we may obtain, other than through the Site, such as over the phone, by mail, by e-mail or in person or in connection with a particular product or service provided or contracted by us or any of our affiliates.  Please note that additional notifications regarding the processing of such information may be provided to you in connection with the provision of such information.  Such additional notifications may be required by applicable law or as a result of the type or nature of the product or service in question.  You are encouraged to read all information provided to you in connection with the use of your information.

We make no claim that materials on the Site are appropriate or may be downloaded for use in locations outside the United States.  Access to the Site from countries or territories where such access is illegal is prohibited.  You acknowledge that certain information collected about you may be transferred to entities situated in or operating in countries outside your country of residence including cloud services and that the laws governing privacy of information of such countries may not be as protective as the laws in your country.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW WE USE COOKIES

This Site may contain links, banners or widgets that lead to other other websites.  These links, and the data and information on the linked websites, are provided for informational purposes only.  We are not responsible for any damages or losses that you may suffer by using those websites.  Further, we are not responsible for these other sites and their posted privacy policies or notices (not this Notice) will govern the collection and use of your information on them.  We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each Website visited after leaving the Site to learn about how your information is treated by others.

DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” (DNT) signals to the websites with which the user communicates.  This Site is not designed to respond to “do not track” signals received from browsers.

USERS OF LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY ONLY

(b) You can object to our use of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes at any time and you may have the right to object to our processing of some or all of your Personal Data (and require them to be deleted) in some other circumstances.

(c) If you wish to transfer your personal information to another organization (and certain conditions are satisfied), you may ask us to do so, and we will send it directly if we have the technical means.
